Are an Electric Toothbrush and a Waterpik Water Flosser Worth It?


A few short weeks ago my gums were in pretty bad shape. Now? They feel better than ever! My teeth also look and feel great and I give all of the credit for this transformation to my new Waterpik Water Flosser and Philips Electric Toothbrush.

I’ll be talking about my own personal experience using these two products in this article, but first, a necessary disclaimer.

I am not a dentist. You should take my advice and my experience with a grain of salt because all I can relate to you is what happened for me. And no, this is in no way a paid endorsement or sponsored post: I bought these products because I wanted to use them and I just so happened to be thrilled about them.

For most of my adult life I have used a normal, old-school toothbrush. The cheap kind with a plastic handle that you can get at Target for under $10. And when I flossed (which was far less than I knew I should) I flossed using those easy-flossers with the handles.
