Sound wave posters made from your own voice
Say a name, a promise or a laugh, and see its shape. DT Posters turns a short recording into a waveform you can hang on the wall.

How it works
Press record for five seconds, or upload a short audio clip. Your browser measures how loud the sound is from moment to moment and draws that shape. The audio is processed on your device and isn't uploaded or kept; only the finished picture is sent to the printer when you order.
Six looks
Radial spectrum, mirrored wave, rings, an oscilloscope-style sound ring, a spectrogram grid and stacked tracks, with rounded, square or dotted bars and an optional glow on dark paper.
An optional caption
Add a few words under the wave if you like, such as a name and a date, or leave it as pure shape.
Ideas
- "I do", or a line from your vows
- A baby's first laugh, or a child saying your name
- A voicemail from someone you miss
- Your band's first chord, your dog's bark
Questions

What audio files work?
Most common formats your browser can play, such as MP3, M4A and WAV. Short clips work best.

Yes, an optional short caption under the wave, such as a name and a date.
